Key Responsibilities
- Refine and advance asset management protocols and methodologies.
- Independently manage a segment of the asset management portfolio.
- Formulate hold/sell evaluations and annual operational plans.
- Oversee significant capital improvement initiatives.
- Manage the disposition and marketing strategies for assets.
- Assess and coordinate financing solutions.
- Calculate and administer cash distributions.
- Supervise joint venture collaborations.
- Facilitate Limited Partner buyouts and exits.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for capital partners.
- Establish investment strategies and business plans tailored to each asset.
- Forecast income and expense projections, along with capital needs and risk-return evaluations.
- Develop expertise in assigned market sectors and geographic areas.
- Work in partnership with the Vice President of Property Operations to ensure high standards in property management.
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Acquisitions and Development regarding proposed financials, expenses, and market assessments.
- Advise on investment strategies and support various investment-related activities.
- Lead the coordination and implementation of workouts, restructures, and refinances.
- Maintain open communication across the organization and prepare detailed reports for senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capabilities, particularly in financial assessments.
