Key Responsibilities
- Become an authority in EPIC Willow and Beacon by honing your knowledge in specialized areas such as revenue cycle and inpatient care.
- Collaborate effectively with pharmacists, physicians, and healthcare teams to gather insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize the functionality of the EHR system by configuring and maintaining the EPIC platform to improve workflows, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in system upgrades and testing phases, ensuring a seamless transition and user experience.
- Provide exceptional user support through training and troubleshooting, enhancing overall proficiency with EPIC functionalities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team setting.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT-related role within a healthcare context.
- Required: EPIC Willow certification.
- Preferred: EPIC Beacon certification, experience in Pediatric Oncology, and familiarity with Investigational Medication build for Research.
