Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the distribution of Net Asset Value (NAV) by custodians, ensuring consistent and transparent communication with clients during any delays.
- Maintain precise client records and databases, ensuring that all information is current and accurate.
- Address client inquiries and resolve discrepancies swiftly to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Support the execution of operational changes, including new initiatives and enhancements to processes.
- Accurately process and confirm trades, prioritizing efficiency and precision in all tasks.
- Provide backup support for the team leader in their absence.
- Enhance technical skills and deepen your understanding of market trends.
- Adhere to risk escalation protocols by identifying and reporting operational issues or suspicious activities.
- Manage nightly in-kind processing while navigating complex internal structures.
- Communicate trade settlements effectively with custodian providers.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of articulating complex financial concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling purposes.
- Experience in mentoring and training junior team members.
- Solid grasp of financial operations and industry protocols.
- Strong research capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Background in conducting financial audits.
- Familiarity with timekeeping software, such as ‘About Time’.
