• Engage with clients to articulate financial strategies, working alongside advisors to ensure alignment with client goals.
• Maintain ongoing communication with advisors to adapt financial plans to evolving client needs or market dynamics.
• Provide oversight and mentorship to team members on plan development, ensuring accuracy and offering constructive feedback.
• Actively participate in essential committee meetings, showcasing expertise in fiduciary responsibilities and applicable laws.
• Design and deliver educational training sessions for both employees and clients, simplifying complex financial concepts.
