Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary expert in financial planning, evaluating clients’ financial positions and crafting personalized financial strategies that align with their objectives.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to present comprehensive financial plans, ensuring clarity and understanding of implementation strategies.
- Oversee and mentor financial consultants and wealth managers, providing insights and recommendations on plan accuracy and strategy.
- Contribute to essential committees, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of fiduciary duties and trust law, while ensuring compliance and best practices for our clients.
- Develop and facilitate engaging training sessions for team members and clients, breaking down complex financial concepts into digestible formats.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess and interpret clients’ financial situations.
- Proven track record in creating customized financial plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
- Solid understanding of fiduciary responsibilities, trust, and tax legislation.
- Experience in mentoring and training others in financial planning techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of direct experience in financial planning or wealth management.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification is a must.
- Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) certification is required or must be obtained within the first year of employment.
