About The Role

As a Leasing Professional, you will represent our communities and play a pivotal role in assisting our residents in finding their ideal home. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Addressing resident inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Crafting memorable experiences for our clientele, encouraging them to choose our communities.
• Collaborating with your colleagues to enhance our services and generate innovative solutions.
• Managing and refreshing our community’s social media channels.
• Developing engaging content for social media and staying current with trends.
• Conducting follow-ups with potential residents and closing sales on a daily basis.
• Greeting visitors, showcasing available apartments (both virtually and in-person), and guiding customers through the leasing process.
• Promoting our properties through events, social media, and partnerships with employees.
• Supporting our existing residents and assisting them with lease renewals.
• Preparing necessary resident lease documentation and coordinating move-ins.
• Ensuring all resident service requests are addressed in a timely manner.
  
  

What We Are Seeking

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and customer service.
• Experience in leasing or property management is preferred.
• Proficiency with social media platforms (you’ll be on camera!).
• A high school diploma or GED certification.
• The ability to pass a background check, credit screening, and drug screening.
