Key Responsibilities
- Engage in significant M&A and Private Equity litigation, addressing matters such as indemnification claims, fraud allegations, earn-out disputes, and portfolio company litigation.
- Collaborate closely with a proficient team of attorneys and support staff on intricate legal cases involving mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Litigation Associate with a focus on M&A, Commercial & Transactional law, and/or Dispute Resolution.
- Profound understanding of GAAP and the auditing processes of private or public financial statements.
- Excellent academic background and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and a CPA license are required. Candidates without a CPA license will not be considered.
