We are looking for passionate Outbound Sales Representatives to engage with leads interested in our custom homes, barns, and other structures of distinction. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective clients, including high-end homeowners, architects, and real estate developers.
- Employ a variety of outreach strategies (cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events) to connect with potential leads.
- Assess leads by evaluating project feasibility and alignment with our offerings.
- Conduct thorough discovery calls to gain insights into each client’s specific requirements and project aspirations.
- Develop tailored sales presentations and proposals that demonstrate our services, craftsmanship, and success stories.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings to position our services effectively.
- Monitor competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the luxury market.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and secure referrals from satisfied clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns aimed at lead generation and enhancing brand presence.
- Promptly follow up with leads who have expressed interest and nurture a robust sales pipeline.
- Maintain an organized database of prospects and leads.
- Surpass individual targets in revenue, new deals signed, contacts made, and proposals sent.
- Accurately enter and update lead activity in our contact management system.
- Liaise with various departments, including Design/Drafting, Purchasing/Procurement, Finance, HR, Project Managers, and leadership.
- Engage with customers in person for high-profile deals, including conflict resolution and follow-up discussions.
- Maintain effective communication with team members at our Portland office and across the nation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role.
- Proven success in meeting sales targets, ideally in a phone-based sales environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and standard office tools; familiarity with HubSpot and other CRM platforms is highly desirable.
- Understanding of residential and/or commercial construction, specifically in heavy timber or lumber, is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to convey detailed structural concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of existing clients with regular follow-ups on 80-120 leads.
- A BS/BA degree or relevant experience in construction or real estate is advantageous.
