We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Property Inspection Booking Manager to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining the booking process for home inspections, specifically catering to the needs of institutional investors and high-volume clients within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the remote team of booking agents and quality control administrators to efficiently coordinate, schedule, and assess inspections.
- Ensure adherence to booking metrics and guarantee timely completion of inspections that meet client expectations.
- Develop and implement training resources for inspectors regarding inspection protocols, template utilization, professional behavior, and logistical considerations.
- Review and authorize inspection invoices, collaborating with the finance team to ensure precise billing for clients.
- Effectively communicate client specifications, inspire the team, and address daily operational challenges related to inspections.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new clients by integrating updated processes and generating inspection templates and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
