Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor the MAVENT system for alerts and failures concerning points, fees, compliance, and other critical elements.
- Investigate the root causes of issues and develop effective solutions to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with various teams, including Compliance, Operations, and Lock Desk, to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Propose and implement enhancements to the MAVENT system to reduce future alerts and failures.
- Stay current with mortgage regulations, including QM, Non-QM, and state-specific guidelines.
- Mentor and train team members by sharing your expertise to foster a culture of knowledge.
- 2-3 years of experience working with MAVENT or comparable mortgage lending software.
- Proficient in the Encompass LOS Platform.
- Strong understanding of mortgage regulations and compliance mandates.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated experience of 2-3 years in a relevant role.
- Solid knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance practices.
