Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an Alerts Authority: Vigilantly monitor and evaluate alerts and system failures, determining the root causes of each issue.
- Craft Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust solutions that address alerts and mitigate future occurrences.
- Enhance Processes: Propose enhancements to our systems and workflows aimed at optimizing processes and reducing the frequency of alerts.
- Remain Informed: Uphold a comprehensive understanding of pertinent regulations and industry best practices.
