As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing essential mental health services aimed at supporting and uplifting youth. This opportunity allows you to make a significant difference while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions through telehealth platforms.
- Execute thorough assessments and devise tailored treatment plans for clients.
- Offer crisis intervention and assistance when necessary.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for youth.
- Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation.
- Engage in continuous training and professional development to enhance therapeutic skills.
- Completed or in-progress Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.
- Active license (LISW, LMFT, LMHC, LMSW) to practice in Iowa, or a temporary license with plans for independent licensure.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in individual, group, and family therapy (2 years for independently licensed therapists).
- Formal education and training in behavioral health.
- Strong understanding of the challenges faced by at-risk youth and their families.
- Excellent skills in observation, listening, and both verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge and expertise in identifying and treating behavioral health disorders.
- 2 years of experience working with children and families is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic database management.
- A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to service delivery.
- Ability to connect with youth and establish rapport.
- Fluency in additional languages besides English is advantageous.

Compensation And Benefits
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time roles (terms and conditions apply).
- Loan Repayment assistance of up to $48,000 over 10 years.
- Tuition Reimbursement of up to $10,000 for employees in their final year of study for relevant Master’s degrees.
