Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the processing of mortgage loans by collecting all essential documentation to guarantee a seamless approval process.
- Optionally, you may choose a reduced mortgage loan commission split and refer prospects to another licensed mortgage loan officer (MLO) for loan completion.
- Leverage either a lender’s loan processing department or a third-party service for additional loan support as needed.

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
