- Oversee all facets of estate and trust administration, including the management of probate processes (knowledge of New Jersey, New York, and Florida probate is advantageous).
- Engage in thorough communication with clients, financial advisors, and accountants, offering compassionate and informed support.
- Prepare federal and state estate tax returns alongside fiduciary account documents.
- Facilitate the distribution of estate assets and the funding of trusts.
- Maintain precise records to ensure adherence to all legal standards and regulations.

- Proficiency in estate tax software (such as ONESOURCE/Fast Tax), HotDocs, and Microsoft Word is preferred.
