Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly investigate, assess, and resolve both first- and third-party personal auto property damage claims.
• Maintain effective communication with insured individuals, claimants, attorneys, and other relevant parties through various channels, including phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Accurately determine liability using comparative negligence principles.
• Efficiently manage tasks utilizing claims management and imaging software.
• Ensure claims are processed in a timely manner, adhering to all regulatory and statutory obligations.
• Handle payment processing for auto repairs and resolve claims of total loss.
• Comply with personal lines policies, paying close attention to coverages and exclusions.

• Competitive annual salary range of \(47,000 - \)50,000.
