Key Responsibilities
- Manage a comprehensive caseload of probate litigation matters.
- Consult with clients to assess their needs and provide expert legal guidance.
- Prepare pleadings, conduct depositions, and oversee all aspects of discovery.
- Engage in legal research and draft compelling motions.
- Represent clients in court, argue motions, and actively participate in trials.
- Interview witnesses, draft agreements, and negotiate settlements.
- Attend mediations and arbitrations.
- Undertake additional related tasks as necessary.
- Active license to practice law in California (Required).
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Exceptional client service skills with prompt response times.
- Willingness to make court appearances and be actively involved in hearings.
- 6-16 years of experience as a licensed attorney.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in probate, wills, trusts, and estate litigation (Required).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Capacity to manage workflow independently and meet deadlines.
- Preferred courtroom experience.
- Familiarity with the California Code of Civil Procedure.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in probate, wills, trusts, and estate litigation (Required).
