Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in the Real Estate & Property sector. This role presents a unique opportunity for flexible work arrangements that combine remote collaboration with in-office engagement, fostering both productivity and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategic sourcing and procurement operations for our centralized contracting team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Utilize various software tools, including 3M, Coupa, CRM, ERP Solutions, and About Time, to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Adhere to established budgetary guidelines in all procurement endeavors to uphold financial integrity.
  • Execute purchasing processes meticulously, ensuring compliance with corporate requirements and budget limitations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving inquiries from clients and stakeholders.
  • Regularly audit and update customer accounts to maintain accuracy and satisfaction.
  • Process invoices diligently, ensuring all financial documentation is accurate and current.
  • Support supply chain management to optimize performance and delivery.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals and contribute to overall team success.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in utilizing 3M software for effective procurement management.
  • Familiarity with Coupa procurement software for streamlined purchase order processing.
  • Experience with CRM tools to build strong client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems to enhance operational workflows.
  • Proven ability to implement and manage ERP Solutions for improved efficiency.
  • Experience with About Time software for effective management of time and resources.
  • Strong understanding of budgetary processes and their application in procurement activities.
  • Extensive experience in purchasing in the Real Estate & Property sector.
  • Excellent customer service skills to foster vendor and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently process invoices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement, particularly within the Real Estate & Property sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
