Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal safety and health advisor for our policyholders, conducting site visits to pinpoint areas for safety enhancements.
- Lead risk assessments and prepare comprehensive reports based on findings in various contexts, utilizing both on-site and digital communication.
- Create loss prevention surveys for potential and current clients, delivering actionable insights to mitigate risks.
- Analyze data to formulate recommendations aimed at controlling losses and optimizing safety measures within client organizations.
- Design and present educational programs focused on safety initiatives, both in-person and virtually.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellence in customer service and fulfill organizational safety objectives.
- Maintain thorough documentation, including activity logs and reports, to track progress and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in safety, risk management, or a closely aligned field, or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in a safety-related sector, such as manufacturing or construction, is desirable, including internship experience.
- Relevant certifications, such as ASP designation, are advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of state and federal safety regulations, including OSHA guidelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and excellent analytical skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, along with exceptional presentation skills.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Flexibility in scheduling is required, with potential overnight travel.
- Ability to adapt to diverse environments and responsibilities while maintaining a strong focus on safety protocols.

- Competitive salary range: \(66,396 - \)92,955; experienced candidates may be eligible for a Senior position with a salary up to $112,000, based on qualifications and experience.
