Job Overview

Join our esteemed organization as a Senior Strategic Account Manager, where you will play a crucial role in strengthening our partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturing partners. This remote position allows you to work collaboratively with pharmaceutical executives at the Associate Director level and above, ensuring they derive maximum value from our services. As an essential link between Pharmaceutical Brand Teams and our internal stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to introduce innovative solutions that enhance client offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strategic relationships with clients by deeply understanding their business objectives, technical hurdles, and infrastructure, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and team members, fostering robust relationships.
  • Introduce new concepts and innovations to clients, with a focus on upselling and enhancing their products and services.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify tailored, high-level solutions that meet client needs.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients through meetings and conference calls to assess service quality and ensure they are fully benefiting from our offerings.
  • Collaborate with Client Services to effectively resolve complex support issues.
  • Oversee the delivery of agreed-upon services to guarantee high levels of client satisfaction and trust.
  • Utilize internal resources to ascertain optimal problem resolution methods.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales and service inquiries.
  • Participate in client quarterly reviews and annual Plan of Action meetings, along with other necessary travel.
  • Plan project milestones and monitor progress to ensure success.
  • Keep all stakeholders informed by effectively communicating pertinent information.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Strong listening skills and comprehension capabilities.
  • Proven competency in defining problems, gathering data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Robust technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year institution or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a customer support and/or sales role.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is essential, particularly with Pharmaceutical Brand Teams.
  • A background in Project Management, HUB Operations, or Specialty Pharmacy Operations/Account Management is highly desirable.
