Join our dynamic Client Services Team as a Senior Accountant, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality accounting solutions to a diverse client portfolio. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee complex accrual-based accounting activities for numerous clients, operating with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly closing processes and financial reports.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions comprehensively.
  • Generate cash management reports and track inventory while identifying any anomalies.
  • Administer fixed and intangible assets, including depreciation and amortization oversight.
  • Process payroll and meticulously review quarterly and annual payroll reports.
  • Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparations.
  • Document and uphold financing transactions, evaluate lease contracts, and prepare necessary tax forms and payments.
  • Support with 1099s and year-end payroll, update dashboards, reports, and budgets, and maintain detailed client procedure manuals.
  • Research and resolve technical accounting dilemmas, propose process enhancements, and lead client meetings while ensuring exemplary customer service.
  • Collaborate effectively with client advisors and manage time to meet critical deadlines.
  • Engage in special projects as required.

Required Skills

  • 5 years of comprehensive bookkeeping experience.
  • 2 years of proficiency with QuickBooks and/or NetSuite.
  • Strong ethical standards, resilience, and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Advanced comprehension of accounting principles and practices.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with third-party applications (e.g., Bill.com, Tallie, Jirav, TeamWork) is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • An Associate’s degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
