Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, individualized therapy to children in their homes using ABA techniques under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Implement tailored treatment plans crafted by the BCBA, focusing on specific goals, methodologies, and schedules.
- Collect and document data utilizing provided technology to track progress effectively.
- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians and collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Complete all required training within designated timeframes and achieve and maintain RBT credential status within 30 days of orientation.
- Accurately complete timesheets and session notes in a timely manner.
- Ensure dependable attendance, maintaining a record of over 95%.
- Proficiency in technology to assist with data collection and communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with parents and caregivers.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to maintain accurate records.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience in relevant fields such as Behavior Analysis, Autism, Child Development, Psychology, or Education is advantageous.
- High School Diploma/GED required; a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass comprehensive background checks.

- Competitive hourly pay ranging from \(19.00 to \)23.00, with the potential to earn bonuses up to $25.50 per hour.
