• Lead agile ceremonies, including grooming sessions and sprint planning to ensure effective team collaboration.

Required Skills

• Over 5 years of experience within the financial services sector, particularly in mortgage origination.
• Demonstrated proficiency as a Product Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile software development processes.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation capabilities.
• Experience with API development and integration is essential.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Loan Underwriter transitioning into a Product role is a must.
• Proven track record of building and developing a loan origination system from the ground up, rather than merely implementing an existing solution.
• Familiarity with APIs and Agile methodologies is required.
