This pivotal role involves crafting and implementing strategies to establish partnerships with elite Loan Officers and Real Estate Agents, contributing significantly to the growth of our signed brokerage partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Director of Growth, working closely with the Revenue Operations and Marketing teams to refine and execute innovative strategies aimed at enhancing Loan Officer and Realtor engagement.
- Facilitate education and engagement initiatives for front-line agents within our partner organizations to foster adoption.
- Enhance current methodologies for onboarding and nurturing relationships with front-line agents in our signed partnerships.
- Measure performance through activation and repeat business rates among front-line agents at our partner mortgage brokerages.
- Relay customer feedback to the product team to enhance product offerings based on real insights.
- Drive sales initiatives through our lender and realtor partnership channels.
- Demonstrated experience in a sales capacity targeting Loan Officers and Real Estate Agents, including roles such as wholesale Account Executives, Title Insurance, or Home Warranties.
- Proven track record in selling through channel partners.
- Strong personal accountability and integrity in professional conduct.
- Ability to develop and execute process-oriented sales tactics.
- Capacity to inspire and motivate team members.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Development Manager role is required.
