Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the Director of Growth and work alongside the Revenue Operations and Marketing departments to develop and implement strategies that enhance Loan Officer and Realtor engagement and foster repeat business within our brokerage partnerships.
- Provide education and support to front-line agents at our partner organizations to facilitate higher adoption rates.
- Enhance existing onboarding and retention strategies for front-line agent relationships within our established partnerships.
- Assess and report on activation metrics and repeat rates among front-line agents at our partner mortgage brokerages.
- Relay customer feedback to the product team to support iterative improvements and responsive development.
- Propel sales growth through our lender and realtor partnership channels.
- Proven experience in an industry sales role concentrating on transactions through Loan Officers and Real Estate Agents, with a background in wholesale Account Executives, Title Insurance, or Home Warranties being beneficial.
- Established experience in selling via channel partners.
- A strong commitment to personal accountability and ethical conduct.
- Ability to construct effective, process-oriented sales strategies.
- Proficiency in motivating and guiding teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Development Manager capacity.
