Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage tax engagements, including federal and state returns, with particular emphasis on partnership (Form 1065) filings.
• Provide strategic advice to real estate clients regarding tax risks, opportunities, and regulatory updates.
• Mentor junior staff, promoting a culture of growth and development.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service delivery.
  
  

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of real estate tax issues and partnership returns.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with tax software such as Axcess Tax, ProSystem, and CCH Engagement (preferred).
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required, along with either CPA or EA certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
