Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate client onboarding and document collection.
- Manage internal workflows and follow up with clients accordingly.
- Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Collaborate closely with the Tax Operations team to ensure a smooth transition for tax preparation tasks.
- Engage with high-value clients to enhance their overall service experience.
- Lead and support team initiatives in tax-related tasks, ensuring precision and uniformity.
- Utilize technology to optimize workflow and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Minimum of 3 years of tax preparation experience, ideally with multi-client exposure.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Drake software.
- Strong command of Excel and excellent communication abilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills and capability to manage complex projects.
- Familiarity with tax laws and regulations, as well as experience in reviewing financial statements and tax filings.
- Active EA or CPA certification is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related fields is preferred.
