Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in a remote capacity, where you will have the opportunity to impact the lives of underserved communities in Central Texas. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide therapeutic services: Conduct individual therapy for patients aged 5 and up, both virtually and in-person, employing the most effective therapeutic techniques to help them meet their mental health objectives.
  • Commitment to our mission: Actively engage in enhancing access to quality mental healthcare for marginalized populations.
  • Independent and collaborative work: Thrive in a dynamic clinical environment by balancing independent work with team collaboration and seeking peer consultation when necessary.
  • Expertise utilization: Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the current diagnostic manual to conduct thorough initial assessments and establish effective treatment plans.
  • Team collaboration: Engage with patients to communicate clinical insights and assess their needs, strengths, and challenges.
  • Patient safety assurance: Collaborate with community partners and emergency medical/psychiatric professionals to ensure patient safety and determine appropriate care levels.
  • Technology proficiency: Utilize electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms for efficient patient documentation and virtual consultations.

Required Skills

  • Current LCSW or LPC licensure.
  • Passion for serving underserved populations and understanding their unique barriers to care.
  • Experience working with diverse patient demographics, particularly children and adolescents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for effective patient interactions.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth technology.
  • Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are advantageous.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.
  • Ability to work autonomously while also being an effective team player.
  • Familiarity with the latest diagnostic frameworks and strong clinical assessment skills.
