Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to clients aged 5 and older, utilizing both in-person and virtual formats.
- Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques to facilitate client progress towards their personal goals.
- Operate autonomously within a team framework while actively seeking guidance and collaboration with colleagues.
- Leverage your comprehensive knowledge of the DSM-5-TR for diagnosis and care plan development.
- Engage with clients to communicate clinical insights effectively, assessing their strengths and challenges.
- Collaborate with community organizations and emergency service providers to ensure optimal client safety and care levels.
- Maintain accurate records using electronic health documentation systems and conduct telehealth consultations.
- Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
- A strong commitment to supporting underserved populations and addressing barriers to care.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to excel in a dynamic clinical environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting.
- Competence in utilizing technology for documentation and virtual communication.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
- Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is essential.
