We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and motivated Senior Acquisitions Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in support of research and development initiatives within the intelligence community. This role is pivotal in leveraging your extensive business analysis expertise to enhance critical missions through effective collaboration and strategic acquisition support.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with diverse teams, including planning, budgeting, execution, contracts, interagency agreements, security, IT, and records and property management.
- Utilize your comprehensive understanding of the acquisition lifecycle to prepare, coordinate, and manage essential contracting documents such as Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Determinations and Findings Memorandums (D&Fs), acquisition plans, and proposal evaluation criteria.
- Build and sustain robust working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
- Effectively communicate complex information and deliver briefings to senior leadership to support organizational objectives and priorities.
- Over 5 years of experience in business operations or management, particularly in acquisition and contract management within the intelligence community.
- Proven track record of working with multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, and sharing insights on work products.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial performance and expenditures.
- In-depth knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle, including Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Familiarity with Grants, Cooperative Agreements, Other Transactions (OTs), and the source selection process.
- Ability to develop executable spend plans and monitor financial execution across multiple contracts over several years.
- Must possess a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in acquisition and contract management activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.

Salary : $67,700 - $154,000
