- Cultivate and manage client relationships effectively.
- Oversee and handle a significant volume of estate planning cases.
- Lead and delegate tasks to Associates and legal support staff to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Strive to maintain high standards of client service and satisfaction.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in estate planning, business law, and/or tax law.
- Strong business and client development capabilities (a pre-existing book of business is advantageous but not essential).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing a talented team, including Associates and legal personnel.
- Capability to handle a substantial workload with multiple cases simultaneously.
- Interest in the business management aspects of the firm.
- Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from an accredited law institution.
- Admission to the Oregon Bar and in good standing.
