Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from healthcare customers to assist with their enrollment needs.
- Work Monday to Friday with shifts available between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Maintain a quiet and professional work environment at home to ensure top-notch service.
- Must reside in California and be eligible to work in the US without a Visa.
- Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Arabic, Armenian, Cambodian, Cantonese, Farsi, Korean, Laotian, Mandarin, Russian, or Vietnamese.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Able to pass drug tests and criminal background checks.
