Description

Join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative and leverage your passion for helping others while working from the comfort of your own home. This role allows you to make a significant difference in customers’ lives through outstanding support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from healthcare customers to assist with their enrollment needs.
  • Work Monday to Friday with shifts available between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
  • Maintain a quiet and professional work environment at home to ensure top-notch service.

Required Qualifications

  • Must reside in California and be eligible to work in the US without a Visa.
  • Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Arabic, Armenian, Cambodian, Cantonese, Farsi, Korean, Laotian, Mandarin, Russian, or Vietnamese.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Able to pass drug tests and criminal background checks.
