In This Role, You Will
- Focus initially on scaling and diversifying the delivery of value-based care insights into partner practice EHR workflows.
- Manage and drive projects that include tool deployment, adoption, impact evaluation, and operations.
- Oversee program operations, lead complex multi-stakeholder projects, and generate valuable analytics and insights that support decision-making.
- Serve as a key partner for internal business intelligence, field, and practice engagement teams.
- Contribute to broader strategic efforts within the Office of the CEO.
- Conduct research and analysis on EHR workflow efforts, including deployment, adoption, efficacy, and impact.
- Drive data analysis to inform high-priority strategy and transformation initiatives.
- Gather and synthesize stakeholder input to facilitate cross-functional decision-making.
- Manage project plans and communications across multiple stakeholders for special projects.
- Act as the liaison for the Office of the CEO to key teams and projects.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field (required).
- 8 years of progressive professional experience, or 5 years with a Master's Degree (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in healthcare strategy & operations consulting (strongly preferred).
- Experience with value-based care and analyzing data in healthcare settings (strongly preferred).
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven project management skills with experience in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
