Are you passionate about transforming healthcare and driving strategic initiatives? We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Strategic Initiatives to join our team remotely. This role is a key position within the Office of the CEO, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Strategy. You will play a crucial role in supporting high-priority transformation projects aimed at enhancing our performance and growth.

In This Role, You Will

• Focus initially on scaling and diversifying the delivery of value-based care insights into partner practice EHR workflows.
• Manage and drive projects that include tool deployment, adoption, impact evaluation, and operations.
• Oversee program operations, lead complex multi-stakeholder projects, and generate valuable analytics and insights that support decision-making.
• Serve as a key partner for internal business intelligence, field, and practice engagement teams.
• Contribute to broader strategic efforts within the Office of the CEO.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on EHR workflow efforts, including deployment, adoption, efficacy, and impact.
• Drive data analysis to inform high-priority strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Gather and synthesize stakeholder input to facilitate cross-functional decision-making.
• Manage project plans and communications across multiple stakeholders for special projects.
• Act as the liaison for the Office of the CEO to key teams and projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field (required).
• 8 years of progressive professional experience, or 5 years with a Master's Degree (preferred).
• 2 years of experience in healthcare strategy & operations consulting (strongly preferred).
• Experience with value-based care and analyzing data in healthcare settings (strongly preferred).
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven project management skills with experience in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
