We are currently seeking a motivated Remote Call Center Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and support to our members. In this pivotal role, you will be a vital part of our team, assisting members with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. Your contributions will directly support our goal of fostering a healthier lifestyle for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls from members, offering assistance across all product offerings.
  • Educate members about our programs, including rewards, and guide them through our website and app.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as necessary.
  • Achieve performance targets, including answering 80% of calls within 20 seconds and maintaining a first-call resolution rate of 90% or higher.
  • Escalate unresolved matters to Tier 2 Support or management to facilitate prompt resolutions.
  • Adhere to established standard operating procedures and meticulously document all interactions.
  • Employ available resources and creative problem-solving methods to deliver the best solutions.
  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks, including logging calls while actively engaging with members.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in typing 55 words per minute while managing various software applications.
  • Strong knowledge of PC operations and general software navigation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a call center setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data entry and CRM software is advantageous.
  • An associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
