Job Summary
Join us as the Coordinator III for Career Technical Education-Dual Enrollment, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of dual enrollment programs and pathways in districts and schools. In alignment with the State's Golden State Pathways Program, this role focuses on promoting the integration of dual enrollment courses and articulation agreements, including fostering partnerships for College and Career Access Pathways. As the selected candidate, you'll collaborate with educational and industry partners to develop and market programs while identifying exemplary Career Technical Education (CTE) and Dual Enrollment initiatives across, you'll provide technical expertise, specialized consultation, advisory services, and facilitate professional development sessions for districts and charter schools.
Requirements / Qualifications
Experience and Education:
Minimum of three years of comprehensive experience in school site administration, including at least two years in education as a principal, district, or county office administrator. District CTE administrative experience is preferred.
A Master's degree in education or a closely related field from an institution accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
License Or Certification
Possession and maintenance of a valid California Administrative Services Credential (Designated Subjects Supervisory Credential alone does not qualify).
Possession and maintenance of a valid California Career Technical Education Teaching Credential/Vocational Education Credential; or California Single Subject Teaching Credential in areas such as agriculture, business, home economics, industrial arts, and industrial and technology education; or a valid Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential.
