In this position, you will be a proactive leader overseeing the full spectrum of operations for our multifamily assets. Your role will include:
- Portfolio Oversight: Regularly visit and inspect multifamily properties to guarantee effective management and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Best Practices Development: Formulate and implement top-tier practices within the property management team, fostering continuous team enhancement and capability building.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to design and execute operational strategies, leasing plans, and initiatives aligned with portfolio objectives.
- Portfolio Management: Supervise all activities related to the portfolio, including transitions, dispositions, and refinancing in collaboration with our internal teams.
- Communication: Ensure transparent communication across all teams and prepare comprehensive quarterly portfolio review presentations.

- A willingness to travel frequently to various property locations.
