Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cutting-edge methodologies for lead generation, both inbound and outbound.
- Assess and enhance existing sales processes to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Recruit, train, and nurture a talented team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
- Broaden our supply network by identifying and creating pitch opportunities for qualifying apartments across North America.
- Discover and establish new outbound lead sources.
- Continuously build upon existing growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise impactful online and offline campaigns that elevate brand awareness and create new pitch opportunities.
- Conduct thorough data-driven analyses to support sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to bolster company growth.
