As the Sales Manager, you will engage in a combination of strategic planning, team leadership, and relationship management. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and guiding a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and promote growth.
- Collaborating with your team to build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Developing inspiring sales plans and annual budgets, ensuring clarity in goals and objectives.
- Overseeing operations across various territories, coaching your team to implement innovative sales strategies.
- Partnering with the Senior Vice President of Wholesale to craft and execute pricing strategies and tailor solutions for customers.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both oral and written.
- Basic mathematical skills for calculations related to sales.
- Ability to address customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
