Key Responsibilities
As the Product Owner (COBRA), you will report to the Senior Product Manager and assume key responsibilities, including:
- Executing product roadmaps with an emphasis on measurable outcomes.
- Monitoring progress and communicating updates to stakeholders and team members.
- Collaborating closely with leadership and technical teams to align product features with business objectives.
- Participating in the creation, review, and approval of user stories to clarify product vision and requirements.
- Managing the backlog to ensure readiness for development.
- Tracking and reporting key performance indicators related to product and client metrics.
- Utilizing Agile methodologies to deliver value, including ongoing backlog refinement and release planning.
- Creating and managing essential Agile artifacts such as the Product Roadmap and Release Plan.
- Regularly evaluating features and costs to prioritize the product roadmap.
- Partnering with the Product Manager to enhance product vision while executing established plans.
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years specifically in COBRA.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Development, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and data analysis tools such as SQL.
- Experience with technical delivery roles, especially in data analytics and data warehousing projects.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Service-Oriented Architecture.
- A strong foundation in Financial Services and Fintech is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies, APIs, and DevOps methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on mentoring and conflict resolution.
