Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits and comprehensive assessments of buildings for potential lease or purchase.
- Perform facilities evaluations and offer recommendations for necessary modifications or enhancements.
- Coordinate the efforts of architects, engineers, and other professionals throughout the design phase.
- Manage all facets of construction management, including securing bids, permits, and contracts.
- Oversee project accounting and reporting while maintaining client relationships during construction projects.
- Assist in crafting development scenarios and providing cost estimates for clients.
- Support other Project Team Leaders and undertake additional duties as assigned.
- Develop and enhance systems and procedures for construction management and provide training for other staff members.
- Conduct presentations and facilitate meetings with clients, serving as a representative of our organization at industry events.
- Manage construction or repair projects within our asset management portfolio as needed.
- Stay informed regarding required job knowledge and skills by participating in educational programs and staff meetings.

- Perform other assigned projects as necessary.

- Strong relational management capabilities and proficiency in communication (both oral and written).
- Analytical and strategic planning competencies, with the capacity to manage and implement multiple projects.
- Familiarity with construction practices and terminology, along with the ability to interpret architectural plans and drawings.
- Bachelor's Degree required, ideally in architecture, engineering, construction management, or urban planning. An advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in architecture, engineering, construction management, facilities management, or real estate development is essential.
- Direct experience with real estate development projects and construction management is required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various construction materials, products, and systems.
