Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Accountant
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently
• High Emotional Intelligence and a desire for continuous learning
• Proficiency with financial management software and accounting systems
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and relevant regulations
• Willingness to travel occasionally to one of our offices in Texas
  
  

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the financial activities of our properties and management company on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and manage budgets for our hotel properties, using your forecasting skills to drive financial success and uncover new opportunities.
• Mentor and support junior accountants and General Managers, sharing your expertise to build a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with the Learning & Development Team to create training materials and improve processes within the Accounting Department.
• Navigate tax regulations with ease, ensuring compliance and optimizing tax savings and incentives.
  
  

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000
