Senior Scrum Master & Agile Team Coach

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Scrum Master/Team Coach to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in guiding and mentoring our Agile team, helping them embrace the core values and principles of Agile. Your leadership will be crucial in supporting the team's growth and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor the Agile team in Agile values and principles.
• Facilitate and lead key Scrum meetings and ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Utilize your proficiency with project management and Agile tools, such as the Atlassian suite, Azure DevOps, Rational Team Concert, Rally, and ServiceNow.
• Help the team navigate impediments to delivery and drive continuous improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master/Team Coach in a government setting.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience leading Agile teams through large, complex transformations.
• Expertise in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Involvement with Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) is a plus.
