Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure group business opportunities to enhance room revenue during peak and off-peak seasons.
- Manage sales strategies for your designated region, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to maximize revenue, while proactively seeking new business through sales calls, travel, and site inspections.
- Facilitate group arrangements by managing inquiries, proposals, contracts, and effective communication with hotel departments.
- Negotiate and draft group contracts to fulfill budgetary and revenue goals.
- Create and implement account plans to achieve maximum group revenue and establish a significant market presence.
- Contribute to the annual Marketing Plan and oversee territory sales expenses and travel budgets.
- Strong sales and negotiation acumen.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proven ability to cultivate client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in managing inquiries, proposals, and contracts effectively.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a commensurate level of experience.
- A minimum of three years in luxury hospitality group sales with a proven track record of success.
