A troubleshooting whiz, diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues for our clients.
A tech support rockstar, providing friendly and effective assistance to end-users via phone, email, and even in-person!
A key part of keeping our IT infrastructure running like clockwork, assisting with maintenance and upgrades.
A documentation pro, keeping track of issues to ensure swift resolution.
Bonus Points If You Have
An associate degree (or higher) in IT, Computer Science, or a similar field.
A knack for understanding computer hardware and software.
Problem-solving and communication skills that put Sherlock Holmes to shame.
A CompTIA A certification (but it's not mandatory!).
The ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative environments.
This role involves occasional overnight travel to client locations.
