Inside Insurance Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated Inside Insurance Sales Coordinator to join our property insurance business unit in Santa Clara, California. This full-time, entry-level marketing position offers the flexibility of remote work for 2-3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the insurance sales team to assist with incoming marketing and sales calls.
Create and deliver presentations that promote our products and services, including training sessions for producers and CE Course education.
Manage producer distribution in assigned areas to ensure effective outreach.
Support the product team with quality assurance tasks.
Coordinate content creation and collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator for weekly and monthly communications.
Represent our organization at trade shows and events.
Process communications to brokers regarding daily pending cancellations.
Assist with onboarding new producers and update data in Gamechanger as needed.
Work alongside the VP of Product to enhance sales activities.
Qualifications
Comfort in delivering presentations both in-person and via webinars is essential.
Previous Experience In Insurance Sales And/or Marketing Is Preferred.
A California Insurance license is a plus.
Familiarity with MailChimp and Salesforce is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Proficient in general office software and computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
