Location: Remote (Preference for Colorado-based candidates)

We're on the lookout for a highly creative and versatile Social Media Marketing and Content Specialist to join our team. In this exciting role, you'll manage our social media presence and create compelling content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. You'll also oversee our User-Generated Content (UGC) program, curating content from creators, and manage our influencer program to promote our products. Additionally, you'll handle email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, craft engaging newsletters, and manage our blog content. Your responsibilities will also include interacting with our Shopify customers, managing shipping inquiries, and overseeing our reviews program.

What You'll Do

  • Social Media Management: Craft engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Develop and post visual content, interact with customers, and drive traffic through contests and giveaways.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality visual and written content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns. Ensure content is on-brand and resonates with our audience.
  • Influencer Program: Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote our products. Coordinate product shipments, manage influencer relationships, and develop creative campaigns.
  • Email Marketing: Manage email campaigns and flows using Klaviyo. Conduct A/B testing, create weekly newsletters, and optimize email performance.
  • UGC Management: Develop and implement strategies for sourcing and curating user-generated content. Integrate UGC into marketing campaigns and collaborate with creators.
  • Blog Management: Write and manage blog posts, acquire visual content, and ensure timely publication. Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.
  • Customer Engagement: Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat. Manage shipping issues, address changes, and coordinate canvas print orders.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 2-4 years in social media marketing, influencer management, email marketing, or a related field. Proficiency with social media platforms, Klaviyo, and SEO techniques.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong understanding of social media trends and email marketing best practices. Ability to create high-quality visual content and manage multiple projects.
  • Personal Attributes: Creative thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset. Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach.
