Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate both seller and buyer transactions, including scheduling inspections and site visits.
- Maintain and update our customer database with precision.
- Prepare MLS listings and draft essential real estate documentation.
- Participate in monthly marketing initiatives, including social media engagement and the creation of marketing materials.
- Relay important messages to the broker through various channels, including phone calls and emails.
- Organize the broker's schedule, team meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Provide general administrative support, including handling deliveries and special requests.
- Uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information with the utmost integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MLS software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, ideally within the real estate sector.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
