The Role: As a Senior Supply Chain & Operations Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of our supply chain. From inventory management to coordinating with our manufacturing partners, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our products reach our customers efficiently and seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct weekly inventory reviews and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate closely with our supply chain and warehouse teams to track inventory levels and ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with manufacturing partners to facilitate inventory replenishments and scheduling.
Effectively communicate with external storage partners across the country to manage inventory levels.
Analyze data to identify business challenges and develop actionable insights.
Plan and coordinate warehouse raw materials across our internal supply networks.
Support the supply chain team with cross-docking and inventory resorting.
Maintain replenishment programs to support production.
Manage inventory transfers between storage locations and warehouses.
Plan and purchase raw materials across various manufacturing partners.
Process raw ingredients into finished goods within our ERP system.
Assist in developing SOPs and tracking KPIs.
Review and approve vendor invoices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in supply chain and inventory management.
Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry and/or startup environment preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
