Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and work closely with Behavior Therapists and families across various settings.
- Develop and assess individualized goals and strategies, while analyzing data to monitor progress.
- Actively engage in IFSP and IEP meetings, advocating for the needs of the children served.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, manage behavior plans, and maintain regular communication with caregivers.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment through participation in weekly supervisory and team meetings.
- BCBA certification and MA licensure (LABA) - candidates pending MA licensure are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with children in a professional setting.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Established BCBA certification.
- Preferred MA licensure (LABA).

- Competitive salary starting at $73,000 annually.

- Additional performance and signing bonuses.
