Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of family needs and create tailored treatment plans grounded in best practices.
- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions directly within the home environment.
- Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions to encourage meaningful progress for both youth and their families.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and utilize case management systems effectively.
- Partner with community agencies to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Perform interviews and assessments to identify mental health challenges and other relevant issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, preparing necessary reports in a timely manner.
- Participate actively in team meetings and case staffing discussions.

- A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or psychology.
- Proven experience in delivering individual, family, and group therapy across diverse populations.
- Familiarity with working with youth in the juvenile justice system is advantageous.
- Reliable transportation for home visits, along with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Current registration and licensure within the relevant area.
- Strong proficiency in computer skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Master's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in therapeutic practices with diverse communities.
