- Provide home-based, evidence-based trauma treatment to families encountering various difficulties.
- Acquire knowledge of the nationally recognized FCT model, collaborating closely with families to identify solutions and leverage their strengths.
- Work on a full-time, benefit-eligible basis with a flexible schedule designed to support work-life balance.
- Engage in consistent individual and team supervision, ensuring continued professional growth.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our Electronic Health Record system.
- Collaborate with relevant systems and key stakeholders to promote success and cooperation.
- A Master's degree in Social Work (with Mental Health concentration), Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Practicum experience relevant to the services we offer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Eligibility for training or full licensure as per criteria set by the WI Department of Safety and Professional Services.
